I'm Evan and I'm now 11 years old. I love flying! Especially warbirds and tail draggers with sticks. I love the sound of big radials and inlines as they make a low level flyby. I'm also getting a new appreciation for kerosene burners!
I especially love listening to the stories from the aerial veterans of WWII.
How we do it:
We record the interviews with a neat little digital recorder. When we get home we use a voice recognition software program called Dragonspeak that recognizes me and my dad's voices. We just repeat what got recorded and it types it all down for us! It makes some mistakes so then we clean it up and that's it!
I like working on airplanes too! Here I am removing the accessories from the back of an R2000 to get ready for pulling the engine.

I'm also into building Star Wars space ships with Legos, building airplane models with my dad, playing soccer, playing with my friends, and long bike rides with my dad.
Tim is my dad and he drives me to cool airshows, lets me have neat adventures, and does most of the hard work like paying for our admission to air shows and a lot of the typing. But I'm doing a lot more of the typing now! He is my back-up ground photographer, editor, and web-master. He works with special-ed and "at risk" high school kids. Someday he may become a pilot but I'll probably beat him to it!
